## How Merleau works
1. Mapping call: understand how the business works and where the team's time goes, and check fit together.
2. Choose one starting point by three criteria: value to the business, time to implement, and likelihood of success (whether the data and capabilities exist). Merleau commits only after a feasibility check.
3. Build a first solution on top of the systems the business already uses, and measure its value together.
4. Expand: further solutions are added on the knowledge infrastructure built along the way, so the next one does not start from zero.

Merleau works with businesses in Israel, across industries, whose work and knowledge are spread across people and several systems.

## Available today, pilot, vision
- Today (first version, being built and deployed with a small group of businesses in the Founding Partners program): connecting selected sources (for example CRM, email, documents and call transcripts, depending on what is supported); organizing customers, people, documents and decisions, with the original source kept where possible; memory of what was documented; plain-language questions over the connected information, with sources where possible, through supported AI interfaces (for example Claude or ChatGPT, when the connection is available and configured).
- Pilot, only after a feasibility check: a solution to the first problem chosen together with the business.
- Vision, not yet available: insights, recommendations, proactive follow-up, dashboards, and AI agents acting under permissions and controls. Together these are the business operating system Merleau is building toward.

- No public price. Setup and continuation terms are agreed in advance per scope; the first businesses in the Founding Partners program get cost price during the founding period.
